LUCID TECHNOLOGIES IS MOVING. WE WILL RE-OPEN SOMETIME IN THE SUMMER OF 2025, NO ORDERS WILL BE FILLED UNTIL THEN, ALTHOUGH I WILL ATTEMPT TO ANSWER EMAILS.


Lucid Technologies is too small to have online shopping cart services. Please send your order via email to info@lucidtechnologies.info. Include your address exactly as it should appear on the package to you. Correspondence and returns should be sent to:

SHIPMENT DATES:
Lucid Technologies ships at least on Saturdays. If Lucid Technologies receives your order on a Saturday your product may not be shipped until the next Saturday.

PAYMENTS:
Lucid Technologies is a verified PayPal vendor and accepts orders from the US and Canada. After you email your order request, Lucid will create a PayPal invoice. You can pay via PayPal using a credit card or your PayPal account balance.

WARRANTY POLICY:
Kits are warranted only for defects in parts and only before assembly begins.
Assembled & tested units are warranted for defects in parts and workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase. Lucid Technologies assumes no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, careless handling, or where repairs or alterations have been made by others.

RETURN POLICY:
Kits and assembled-and-tested units may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Send the item to Lucid Technologies at the address shown above. All returns are subject to a $3 processing charge.

CARRIERS:
For small domestic shipments our preferred method is U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail. In spite of recent postal increases, Priority Mail remains less expensive than UPS.

SHIPPING CHARGE:
Via Priority Mail - for orders less than $225 add $10.00, no charge for orders over $225.
Other carriers - shipping at your expense.

TAXES:
Maryland residents add 6% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Lucid Technologies does not normally accept orders outside the US or Canada. If you wonder why - PayPal's policy for vendors requires proof of delivery for all shipments. For international shipments this is tremendously expensive. And don't forget customs fees. However, if you are willing to pay the extra cost, contact me and we will work out the details.
